I tried to Refund Hades II, but I got denied I don't want my money going to this garbage game.

I found the Combat to be Clunky and off putting due to every single attack stopping your characters movement Forward, Some even moving you backwards

Most of the weapons felt Downright awful to use. I often found myself using the Cast Ability more than the weapon in my hands.

The Game Overly Relies on Cheap Tricks to reset you back to start. Instead of hard mechanics that need to be overcome with skill.

One Shot Mechanics Introduced on the Final Boss Phase 2 that had never been shown Prior was just one of many such cheap tricks they use to reset you and ultimately waste your time.

The Addition of These Cheap Tricks, Invalidates many character building directions that would otherwise be viable. Essentially locking out large swaths of Options.

The Moon Powers from Selene are Utterly garbage even when upgraded and get shoved in your face constantly.

The only one even remotely worth using is the heal, but when compared against other better options is completely lacking.

I feel like Hades II is a Step down from Hades I significantly.

The new Arcana system and Altar of Ashes just make things unnecessarily convoluted, and it ends up slowing down the flow instead of adding depth.

Worse Combat, Worse Story Telling, Worse Character Development, Worse Bosses and Filled with Cheap Reset Tricks because the devs couldn't make the game actually challenging.

It's a Short game that is made artificially longer due to the devs using dirty tricks to reset you all the time.

For reference on my first playthrough I got to Chronos Second phase in less than 9 hours.

Without all the cheap tricks they use to reset you the total playtime for Hades II would probably be like Maybe 8 hours of content tops.

In other words be prepared to do the same content over and over again because they will just throw some cheap crap at you to reset you back to start over and over again until you finally know all the cheap tricks and beat the game.

I think what could have been a nearly perfect game is marred by a lot of bad Design Choices, Cheap Tricks, and Clunky Weapons. Overall Just a Straight Downgrade imo over Hades I.

Overall probably about a 4-5/10

I don't even recommend playing Hades II To be perfectly honest, Hades I would be a much better choice IMO as it's just the better game overall and doesn't rely on the same cheap tricks and one shots that Hades II uses to force resets.

Such an interesting Combination of games.

Feels very much like Elden Ring Mixed with Diablo II Resurrected which is high praise.

The art style is amazing.

The combat is amazing.

The monster designs are amazing.

The gear customization system is amazing.

I have full playthrough up on my channel from launch and also from the new breach update.

The Breach Update adds more story and only it's getting even better. I can't wait until they add multiplayer so we can really have some fun.

This Is Truly a Love Letter to the Days of Diablo 1 and Throne Of Darkness! A Solid 12 hours of ARPG Action just like the good old days.

I do Saturday Horror Games on my channel and this Saturday I picked The Nefargad.

The graphics are certainly very nice and the ambience is set perfectly for a horror game. Complete with spooky sound effects, stereo Audio which makes you think things are sneaking up behind you and the extra challenge of just trying to keep the torch lit.

The puzzles start out easy and get more difficult, as you explore the dungeon. I did find myself getting stuck in one or two. But eventually figured them out.

The game told me about 4 hours to complete on live stream. My viewers also seemed to enjoy the game.

Definitely a fun game to do a playthrough of. More puzzle than horror, but definitely has that horror vibe.

Hello guys and gals, I recently played 8 hours in this game and got to level 10 and I wanted to give my opinions on the game.

If you want to see my footage of the game it is available on my YouTube channel called Ginger Gaming Mentor. https://youtu.be/tI0Yq8eMFvg

The story of the game is very good, and quite touching. I found myself pulled into the story of the dwarves struggle.

Having played many tower defense style game before I really enjoyed this fresh take on the genre and I think this might be the best tower defense game I have ever played.

The game has usable abilities on top of the use of towers, as well as a nice array of towers that really felt important to choose the correct ones.

The game started out easy enough and then quickly the difficulty ramped up. Features like the running test of the monster maze time was extremely useful to know I was making the right choices in maze construction.

The Heavily armored monsters posed quite a serious threat and many times I would come within a hairsbreadth of winning or losing and it was frustratingly fantastic.

I felt challenged, and engaged, in both the story and the combat.

10 out 10!

Just spent over 6 hours getting to the end of this game only to find out the game had never autosaved once, and would not let me save the game manually. So when I died I had to restart the game entirely from the beginning. Why in the world is a bug like that, that literally wastes hours of your time allowed to still be in a game 6 years after launch?

So I am like most of you, I got skyrim when it was new played it forever with vanilla, then I got into modding modded it up like crazy. Hundreds and hundreds of hours in skyrim so let me break this down for you.
