I can relate to your review of Galactic Civ and the AI. I havnt bought the game, but I had the same issue with a game I really love...SE5. The AI will send a fleet through a wormhole and get annihilated, but not learn the lesson from that...it will just send in one ship..then another, then another without any thought about how to break through. It doesnt know how to build a fleet correctly, or what it's purpose is...sad. I wont got through this again with GC!
