Better than I feared, worse than it should be :)

I'm reccomending as it's a nice game, would put in on 6-7/10. The story is actually good, I've been really eager to see what happens next. Combat comes online around mid-game and starts being fun.

BUT, it's not an RPG and not a good successor to Bloodlines 1. It shouldn't cost that much. A few activities/secondary quests are just...boring. There's a huge (disappointing) lack of decisions that actually influence the world around us, I got an ending and was like "ok...how? why?" There's a decision which automatically gives you a "bad" ending, despite anything you might have done before and after. You sometimes choose an answer and then your character says something different, not really in accordance with what the text suggested...I could go on, BUT :

They actually tried to make a good game. Tried to respect the universe. So buy this if you want a cool linear vampire story, with fun battles and lots of going around the snowy Seattle and talking to npcs :) (and probably wait for a sale).
