It's not just the optimization , the game looks horrendous without mods and reshade. Clearly it was not ready for launch. i feel like if performance is this bad steam should definitely allow refunds. at least 10 hours of game-play or so, 4 hours is not enough! i created my character/ tried to get HDR to work/ choosing the correct settings. not to mention it took one hour to realize the HD texture pack is broken. that's five hours right there. tried to refund denied, so i came back to the game got reshade some mods, hoping it will be playable at least. and i can't say it is. 5080 with frame gen , but the stutters are awful. the colors are still not great.

Praise the open world

i'm having a blast. Immersion is on another level.
