The perfect single-player Roleplaying-survival-Crafting-exploration-horror-games. A good balance between: Gameplay, immersion(mediated and inter-mediated) and
-Has something of an accomplishment-feeling to it when nearing Full playtime(That is, if you overcome fear through the game, if just not generally scared either try sitting alone, in darkness, silence, without help of wikia and without company of any kind; or if you're just not bent that way, in which case might not feel that).
-The Mystery of it all and finding out the underlying causes of the whole situation(Story-wise).
-Uncertain exploration of territories and creature behaviors and dealing with the consequences of getting too close. Meanwhile trying to have enough oxygen to scream and not either wanting to implode upon pressure(Pun intended).
-Science-fiction: It clearly has a sci-fi vibe to it.

Maybe:
What it is, without spoiling:
You basically, explore and there by find trouble which you must solve with exploration, tactics, resourcefulness and Technology advancement; which by solving one you see the larger picture bit by bit until you can really.. *Yeah. No spoiling*

As with "Life is strange 1" this is a very story-driven game based in player decision-making. I LOVED "Life is Strange 1" it was like watching an interactive move with twists and turns, thrills, excitement and exploration. Life is Strange 2 is different yet the same in that it has a different setting but the same real gut-wrenching stories that just hits home every time. So relatable and I just love that way that you can 'sit' and really take a moment to reflect on the events in-game, it feels like real-life when you head out on the balcony to just pause or afflict some bad yet refreshing habits to your health. Few movies can get me to cry or really feel emotion, even fewer games allow me to feel so connected, but Life is strange manages to do that and I treasure it.
If you play this type of game I recommend either sitting alone or with friends that you feel so close to that you can allow yourself to express sadness and deep emotions with. If you suppress emotion during this game you're missing out. I myself play alone and then I talk about the experience with my friends who also play the game.
