It's a complete gamble on whether I'll be able to finish a mission or not with how unstable this game has become. Sometimes it slowly starts hitching for longer and longer until it eventually gives up. Other times it comes out of nowhere and crashes instantly. Its unbearable. I'd say about 30-50% of my games recently end in crashes or leaving due to unplayable conditions

This game is definitely hard to fully immerse yourself in at the beginning. It starts you off with basic knowledge and sends you on your way to explore the world unimpeded. Once you get to around MR 5-7, you'll start encountering more components that are never explicitly explained to you in-game. Instead of having thorough in-game tutorials, explanations, and guides, Digital Extremes delegates the creation of these to the community. Some may view this as irresponsible, but I believe it provides more varied and personalized content to inform yourself about the game while DE gets more time to create content to put into the game.

Back onto the topic of progression, these unfamiliar components could include Forma, Arcanes, Orokin Catalyst/Reactors, Sorties, Arbitrations, and other things that don't become prevalent early. If you're reading this review and you're at this point in the game, let me tell you that every other player has been in that position and nearly every one of them have been as overwhelmed as you are. The only thing holding you back from a great experience is your willingness to learn the systems and advance your knowledge on them. Warframe prides itself on not holding the players hand and letting them create their own power fantasy. Once you reach the peak of the learning curve, Warframe becomes one of the most enjoyable games this genre has to offer.
