very addicting

Expands on the first game's mechanics and improves on them in every way, and this time adds a more immersive and rich story, with an ending (true ending) that perfectly ties together the game's story and has fans of the first game in awe. This game is incredibly challenging at times and sometimes frustrating with some enemy encounters and bosses, but an unforgettable experience regardless with mostly highs, I've had extremely high expectations of this game because the first is one of my all time favorites, and this sequel still ended up not disappointing. The fact a team of 3 developers can craft such a masterpiece is wild to me, the amount of content is insane.

the game is (at the time of writing this) only early access, and is at version U12.2 out of 13 versions (version 13 would be the full release), and i can already say this game was worth, every, single, penny, and second.
theres alot to cover about this game, but what really made this game as good as it was for me, is the modding community.
both the ingame mod loader, and nexus mods (website) have a huge selection of mods, anyone can make a mod for everything for this game, and if your computer is strong enough, you might even forget youre just playing a game.
my favorite vr game of all time, absolutely recommended if you ever wanted to try fighting, the vanilla game has a handful of swords and spells, but with mods you can even have guns and special weapon abillities.
first mod i would recommend? yamato, and also better sword handling (if you feel like the weight of your weapons is holding you back).

ive recently refunded the game after trying it for a bit.
the game has many fun mechanics, weapons and singleplayer gamemodes and features, but the main point of the game is to play it with others, at that is where the game starts to fall apart.
like, good luck playing with a friend without any of you reaching 1000 ping, especially if you play with more than 1 other friend, no matter how much we tried switching hosts (the ones who open the server on their computer) at least one of us couldnt really play the game due to its badly optimised multiplayer capabillities.
also to my knowledge, this is a problem that others faced online.

one of the best games i've ever played, the game has fun and challenging challenges, a good artstyle, fun dialogue and very rewarding progression than encourages you to explore... or look online,
if you like challenging games or exploration games you'll probably find this game very fun, just take into consideration that some extra content to the game and other important stuff are hidden, so if you don't like looking online for hidden things for full completion you might be annoyed, but for the basic ending of the game you probably wont have to look online and potentially get spoiled.
