I'm going to break the ♥♥♥♥ out of my monitor.

Some bum said this game is clunky and awkward, must be cripple.

Srsly though, the game-play, combat, and animations are so smooth. The atmosphere is amazing. Every detail, from the dialogue, to the sound design, to the backgrounds, are beautiful. I'll update my review when I finish the game, but so far it's peak fiction.

I like the game, getting that out of the way first.

Now, FromSoft... This game is ragebait.

We said we wanted co-op EldenRing and they gave us a boss rush with hour long runbacks. Fine.
Timed loot/xp gathering but you lose levels if you die. Annoying but fine.
Some absolutely ♥♥♥♥ bosses, (Augur) but thats par the course. So.. fine.
No reliable way to restore FP. Minor gripe... its fine.
Morgott invades you even though you're on a timer and gives you the most ♥♥♥♥ buff you've ever seen. Fine.
Godskin duo but with even more cancer in their moveset. You're pushing it but... Fine.

However-

Playing with randoms in Nightreign is the most miserable stress inducing way to spend an hour of your afternoon. You will ping 30 times on one location and your 4 hp Revenant will run off to the middle castle and get their ass gang banged by crucible knights. If you happen to go down while the two idiots are off in lala land you lose a level. And I can't nicely ask them to come to where I am so we can beat the first boss of the first day 20 minutes into the run... BECAUSE THERES NO WAY TO COMMUNICATE.

Playing with 2 friends is fine tho, game's pretty fun when you got two friends.

*Edit* They added duos! Still no voice, still no text chat, ping system is still barebones.

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ fix your game. Desync every ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ (in-game) month. Like stupid ass sheep we give you GOD KNOWS how much money with every overpriced, subpar, bug-ridden, DLC AND YOU STILL don't have the budget to properly test a build before it launches?

Bugs I've seen/heard about:
GPU Crash on creation of Habitats (possible memory leak), Random Crashes, DESYNC, Empty systems, Impossible objectives, Clerks on ring-worlds, DESYNC, Planet UI stays open (first contact, situation, etc.), Some origin situations coming up twice, DESYNC...
I'm not even that mad. Just disappointed.

Built a new PC in anticipation for this game since my experience on World was amazing.

It runs well (For me). The game is a bit easy, but fun. The story has been nice so far. And there are a ton of QoL changes that make the game far more enjoyable. Alma.

However I can't bring myself to recommend this to another person, YET.
There are too many issues to justify spending 70$, such as... Weaker PCs having absurd performance issues, multiplayer being a chore and sometimes just disconnecting you randomly, Congalala. Not to mention the hardest fight in the game, screen covering black polygons.

It's sad because the game itself is great, but damn Capcom this is pathetic. This will turn into a positive review after you get your ♥♥♥♥ together.

Edit: Omega is single handedly carrying this game's difficulty as of right now. Multiplayer has been fine as of recent, haven't encountered any bugs, and there's an Elder Dragon coming. I'd recommend this game in its current state.
