Die Community hat bereits eine beeindruckende Vielfalt an Mods entwickelt – von spannenden Singleplayer-Szenarien über kooperative Missionen bis hin zu kreativen Mehrspieler-Mods. Hier ist wirklich alles vertreten: Casual-Fans kommen mit Zombie-Mods und dem beliebten „King of the Hill“ auf ihre Kosten, während Hardcore-Spieler mit WCS und 128 Spielern auf riesigen Karten realistische Team-Gefechte erleben können. Zwischen diesen Extremen gibt es zahlreiche Nuancen, so findet hier jeder etwas nach seinem Geschmack.

Obwohl die bekannte Arma-„Clunkyness“ noch in Teilen spürbar ist, fühlt sich das Gameplay insgesamt deutlich flüssiger an als in Arma 2 oder 3. Die Tiefe und Komplexität, für die Arma bekannt ist, bleibt dabei erhalten – das Spiel ist einfach rundum geschmeidiger und zugänglicher. Ich bin vollends zufrieden und freue mich schon riesig auf Arma 4, da alle Mods, die jetzt entwickelt werden, direkt in Arma 4 nutzbar sein sollen!

Although the classic Arma “clunkiness” is still noticeable in parts, the gameplay is significantly smoother than in Arma 2 or 3. The depth and complexity that Arma is known for remain intact, but the overall experience feels more polished and accessible. I’m completely satisfied and incredibly excited for Arma 4, as all the mods being developed now will be compatible with it right away!

The negative reviews are massively exaggerated. Yea, the UI is different now but manageable. No reason to review bomb the game. The new visuals are stunning, new sounds are awesome, new map is great and the overall gameplay didn't change alot.

First VR-Game that made me put on my VR-Headset on a regular basis. Must have for Hardcore Shooter fans!
