The game right now is not that good.. but I think with 10 more DLC and mod it will be actually the best !!!

The game is very good and fun by itself, but unfortunately it has a very small player-base outside of Asia, and the developers seem to not really care about it.
The problem of a small player-base is only made worse by the design of the game:
- it's a battle royale style game: therefore you need 14-18 players just to start a match.
- the game is quite complex: generally it wouldn't be an issue, but when complete newbies get into matches with very experienced tryhard players it lowers the game quality by a lot, and can make it a very frustrating experience for the newbies. This even goes so far that some players make it their strategy to constantly fight and prey on players, as they will consistently enough find themselves against new players that it's easy to beat. even when the objective correct play would be to do something else.
- too many gamemodes: the several gamemodes could be interesting, but in EU and NA there are simply not enough players for them. Duos and especially Trios are basically dead. Ranked solo is also quite rare to find. For the record. this became such a catastrophic issue when the developers added the Cobalt Protocol gamemode, the addition of which coincides with the recent severe playerbase decline after the initial temporary boost in popularity it gave when it was just released.
- a big dependence on RNG: I personally hate when games depend by a large part on RNG, but here especially, as being screwed over by a couple of unlucky teleports and an item that you miss after a 10+ minute queue is too frustrating.

So the game is sort of stuck in a limbo of it being quite frustrating to play (on top of an annoyingly too long queue times) due to a small player-base, which also makes it very unappealing to new players, which keeps the player-base low. At this point I feel that EU and NA are beyond recovery.

Overwatch > Paladins
Paladins is just a ripoff for kids and poor people
