Probably one of the best action games I've played in a long time. The story is amazing and there is plenty of hilarious dialogue as well. The combat style is very unique and simple. The only gripe that I had during combat was the camera movement in certain situations but it is easily ignored after several hours of game play. If you do decide to purchase this game, get ready to sink a lot of hours into it, especially if you like to get side tracked doing side quests and mini games. Want to beat up on Yakuza while running a cabaret club on the side? Look no further.

TL;DR I give the game 7/10 for good story but lack of varying paths despite giving 3 distinct factions to choose from as well as poor character customization and varying gameplay issues. New players thinking of purchasing this game be aware that your experience with issues may vary or not exist. I'd recommend waiting for the upcoming patches, one of which will occur around January 23th, 2021 according to the co-founder's "apology video."

This may be a hard pill to swallow for many "diehard" fans of Cyberpunk 2077. Despite the negative news going around about how the Devs released an incomplete game, I wanted to try it out for myself and completed a playthrough. Here are my thoughts.
While the story itself was good, they have three factions you can choose from which may cause you to think that there may be 3 completely different quest lines but that is NOT the case. The intro of each faction is the only difference but once you get into the main part of the story, it's exactly the same. I started all 3 and ended up at the same main story and scrapped the other 2 saves. Is it worth seeing all different intros? Only if you want to be disappointed about how they end up becoming the same. Can you imagine being a Cop or Criminal but both have same story line point of view rather than just a cops side or criminal? SO much potential gone to waste. They said there would be "consequences" of each decision you make so I made several saves at what I felt would lead to dramatic change of events to see what would happen and trust me, there wasn't much of a difference that made me reconsider my decisions like "aw man, I should have just done this instead" but more like "alright I guess."
Next is the character customization, or lack thereof. There is hardly much to choose from, shocker for a game that has cybernetics. You can choose from around 15 different eye colors or hairdos but you are left with few to no customization of arms, legs, head, weight, height. But hey, at least you can change the size of your genitals. You are stuck with choosing between only a masculine or feminine voice. Want a deep, high pitch or robotic voice? Not in this cybernetic game.
Now, I've talked to several people who either experienced glitches, crashes, bugs or no issues at all. I was unfortunate enough to experience bugs and issues such as hearing the "combat music/boss music" continuous playing after the fact. I thought it would go away after a cutscene, but no, I couldn't hear the characters talking during the cutscene cause the damn music was freaking loud. Had to reload from saves several times throughout my playthrough because of this issue. Sometimes I'd get that NPC blue dialog "...?" or a small black box where dialog would be, stuck in the middle of the background no matter where I went and had to reload when I encountered that issue. Whenever I was faster than some NPCs during a quest, they'd remain stuck at the location even when I returned near them which forced me to reload. I also encountered slow loading, low detailed NPCs and backgrounds when fast traveling or running fast in the city, it was like the game couldn't render everything in time, it was quite humorous. Anyone else remember The Witcher 3 problems they had? Deja vu.

Haven't enjoyed such a fun and challenging game in such a long time. I highly recommend you try this game out if you haven't already.
