I Play this game since CBT (like 2013) and I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! GAME IS FREE - Play it if u want, but don't buy anything! Why? Let me tell you...
Once great game and a decent developer company turned into some sh*tshow with completely disrespectfull attitude towards it's audience and people who supported them since CBT. They Keep ruining the game with every single update and most disgusting is even without them major updates! (Secretly nerf different things and boost other stuff without any information given to users). They became some sort of money-hungry communist dictatorship like CCP (China's Communist Party).
DOWNSIDES of this game imho (Most of them well known to everybody who ever played this game):
- POOR MAP POOL in general and especially in Top-Tier games... They have like 4-5 same maps in Top tier with a few game mods (Like base spawn, Air Spawn and Operation - which are basically the same thing with minor differences) and map rotation is terrible, you play same maps like 5-6 times in a row and instead of adding new maps they add more premium vehicles so people just buy more stuff from gaijin.
- LIARS! Gaijin constantly buys opinions of youtubers and purchases adds on even non-game related channels on youtube and creates false image of this game being good to attract more new players just so they get more money. They don't care about quality of the game or servers since like 2016 or smt...
- BOOSTERS... (Exp and SL boosters make your games so disgusting you never want to actually use them, but you have to because of economy) How does it work? The more boosters u activate - the worse teammates and stronger enemiees u get. If you been unlucky and died early - your team wins, if u killed a few enemies and farmed some exp and SL your team will definately loose so you get less rewards from boosters. (Best examples are comment sections on youtube. Once guy activated a lot of boosters and all coments were like: "with so many boosters your vehicle should just fall apart once you connect to the match")
- ECONOMY and GRIND... They constantly ruin economy and exp gain to make you play as long as it's humanly possible so it would look like game is good and many people like it, but basically it is all the same people who just stuck in that grind to top-tier forever, especially playerss without Premium Account.
- SHADOW POOL. Once u start doing good in game you get "shadow pooled". If u won like 5 games in a row Gaijin will do anything so you loose next like 6-7 games or more, just to ruin your stats, doesn't matter you care about them or not, just in case...
- RUSSIAN/COMMUNIST PROPAGANDA TOOL. I also believe this game may be used as a propaganda tool. Even though developers fled Russia after war begun in feb. 2022 they still hold strongly biased towards communist tech trees. They constantly boosting RUSSIAN and CHINESE vehicles (Those are all Putin's friends btw) and Nerf US and other tech trees, so those Russians and Chinese look much stronger and create a false image of those vehicles in the minds of players, which is basically propaganda in some way... ( I live in Russia and I hate the fact that this game is so biased and may be used as a propaganda tool, but the more I play this game - the more I believe it ).
-BTW!Soviet Tech tree recently recieved SU-34 which was released in 2014, but US tech tree still don't get Aim-9x from 1956... No bias...
-OUTDATED GAME SERVERS! They are just straight up bad and do not perform well enough anymore, but Gaijin doesn't upgrade them, even though players donate them enough money to do so...

There is so much more I could tell about this game but feel that with that amount of disappointment gaijin gave me with this project I allready spent too much time on them by typing all this things...
