Outlast 2 is a wonderful social commentary on religious trauma and malpractice. Blending together the qualities that makes mankind its most disgusting self. Blending sexual, body, and thrilling horror, Outlast stands the test of time as one of the greatest horror games ever made.

the story is riveting
the characters are spectacularly crafted
gameplay is smooth and enjoyable with LOADS of creativity
made me cry at the end
gameplay mechanics simple yet strategic with lots of room for comboing
speedrunning community is already breaking boundaries

This is such a good game. Games such as "I wani hug that gator" and "snoot game" are what got me into the visual novel genre. GVH is my favorite out of the three tho. the other two games seemed repetitive and GVH gve me a very well written highschool drama that shows its passion and dedication in its writing and art style. The story is a fresh breath of air compared to the repetitive stories of wani and snoot game as well not not having dried 4-chan humor. Very glad i bought this game 12/10
