Good game with a great story. The soundtracks, progression and decisionmaking is really well done.

You can however tell that it's the first part of the series since it does contain a few flaws, which it's successor actually resolved. The game sometimes uses gimmick tricks like hidden traps or ambushes to slow you down for no reason, being rather more irritating than giving you the sense of having to be on your A-game all the time.

Amazing. I do rarely play a game twice due to the unique immersion the first playthrough has.
Ended up doing four entire playthroughs with entirely different setups.
Still my favourite is a playing with a single stealth ranger character. My dwarf hunter went pew pew, completed the final arc fights in two turns.

> Good endgame DLC which offers much content and two swamps! It is worth the full price imo.
> Sadly most of the enemies are versions of what you've seen before. They are often largely crammed together, one/two-shot you and have big health pools. (nearly) All of them even respawn, which made me run past them after dealing with them once or twice. Why are judicators respawning?
> Two new areas with both having two types of environments. The first being quite moody and vertical, plunging into piles of ashes, and later on simply running for your life in toxic swamps while being spammed by Angelic light beams. The second being very beautiful and explorative, but as said above, it is largely crammed with enemies which you can better avoid.
> Three out of four bosses are simply awesome. It is challenging, impressive and definitely endgame worthy.
> There is quite some emphasis on PVP tho. If, like me, explore this franchise 5-6 years later after release, will not provide you any joy as the servers are offline.

> It took me about 5 hours on a new game to complete the whole DLC. I did have a map available though.
> I would not recommend paying the full price, but you should get this DLC if you are a fan or can buy it when discounted.

> The enemies within this DLC are quite unforgiven. Often they will swarm or barely provide counterplay. Corvian Knights and Millhouse Knights can one-combo punish you and you will encounter them regularly.
> The level design of the new area is pretty good and vertical. It feels pretty big at first, but it will connect once you get exploring. Just a few areas with poor mob placement which you should rather avoid or rush through due to how punishing they are.
> Two bosses: for one is simply a regular encounter but with a boss healthbar and an invader NPC at the same time, while the other is truly one of the toughest bosses thusfar. I loved the DLC "final" boss.

> Very addictive sandbox game. Strongly recommended for those who like to orchestrate their own stories.
> Go ooga booga with tribes, go pew pew with lasers or create soulless soldiers who can tear off enemy limbs upon touching.

> Visually outstanding, get ready to be amazed by the graphics and performance.
> Rather easy game, endgame is lacking a challenge and is quite repetitive.
> Annoying voicelines, most of the characters act like moody teenagers.
