The progression is a bit slow and grind-y to unlock everything, and the rifle grenades can be a bit OP. But I like the gameplay overall. I would say that this is not for casual FPS players. This game is very unforgiving, which I could see frustrating people that come from any of your typical AAA FPS games. You've got to be in it more for the visuals and the history, or you just have to like games where getting shot in your pinky finger from 200m away is an instant death. Oh and hallelujah, no lootboxes or microtransactions. Although there is the paid cosmetic DLCs, you're really getting them for yourself to look at. Trust me, no one will be able to tell what you're wearing in-game - it's too fast-pace.
As far as negatives go the game has a few bugs in its current build, but nothing game-breaking I have seen. Just maybe a bit of a killjoy when there is a "ghost" player that can still interact with objectives and buildings.

Even though the Linux port is full of graphical issues, I still have thoroughly enjoyed playing it!

T2 wants more microtransactons in future games, so cant posssibly recommend any content produced by them.
