Good character designs? Yes.
Plays like Overwatch? Possibly.
Is it balanced at all? I got no clue, but it's a lot of fun.

Trust me, it's more like the first game than you think.

Micro to macro management might be the biggest leap the developers took from the first game. It's somewhere between a city builder and a survival game still, much like the first one, but now even closer to city building and management, with a lot of mechanics reimplemented and reimagined for this iteration from Fp1.

The challenges you're going to face will be quite familiar if you played the first game, and the micromanagement is not entirely gone as some might think. There's also plenty of surprising placement mechanics to discover as well. You just have to get beyond the prologue.

I think it's a great sequel and nobody should expect the exact same game coming out twice under the same title either. This is not an EA game.

20 hours from this was the download, because there's a f***in cap of 3 - 3,6 mb/sec download speed cap on the launcher :)
But the game itself is fun.
