I'll never forget the day my Dad surprised me with a copy of this game in 2009, hundreds of hours were spent playing this on my family's computer. The sims 2 will always hold a special place in my heart and will always be my favourite sims game. (The DS one was pretty cool too!)

I love that i'm able to experience this game again in 2025, it's just as fun as I remember! At launch I encountered a couple of bugs but the game is working with no issues for me now. There's a tons of mods available to enhance your world and gameplay but honestly the base game has so much content that i'm still discovering to this day. I highly recommend you give this game a try if you enjoy the sims franchise but want to experience it with an early 2000's feel.

I wish I could go back an experience it for the first time again. ♥
