♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ this is the best Sonic kart racer they've released. And the online component actually works, which is nice compared to previous entries.

And you can customize your own soundtrack, doing Time Trials will unlock you new songs to go in your library. Last game I played that did this well was Street Fighter 6, which was greatly appreciated.

It's MGS3, it's good. It doesn't feel like a MGS3 mod for MGSV, this is wholly its own thing. Worth it for new players who have never played MGS3, and veterans looking for a new way to play an old favorite.

Against threat of legal action of the developer via their official discord, I am changing my review. Instead of outlining strange network behaviors on the part of the Pixel Dungeon VR game client, I will instead say that the game is just not worth playing to me and I give it an adamant thumbs down.

It's Helldivers 1 but with amazing graphics and a change from orthographic overhead to third-person over the shoulder persective.

Game's monetization is very light and you can earn the premium currency by playing. Premium currency is spent on "Warbonds", which are battlepasses. There is a free Battlepass you start the game with where you will earn most of your primary/secondary guns and a whole slew of armor types. As of writing this review there is one Premium Warbond which provides a few sidegrade weapons and armor (They're pretty bad, you'll be using the base game weapons).

Warbonds can be progressed at your own pace and will never go away.

Gameplay difficulty is super tightly tuned, you may feel yourself getting overwhelmed at the lower difficulty levels, but you will soon find yourself walking through higher difficulities with no problem after you gain some experience. There is very little vertical scaling in the game, your character doesn't grow in strength: -YOU- grow as a player and learn.

At launch the game found itself with massively growing popularity for the first few weeks and had a server cap that was inadequate to meet demand, and the devs at Arrowhead were working weekends to correct the problem by expanding the servers as fast as they could. This is understandable since Helldivers 1 had a lifetime record of 6,700 players, but Helldivers 2 is finding itself with 300,000+ just on Steam alone, not even accounting for PS5 players.

Shooting feels great, traversal feels fluid, team play and challenge abound.

Two thumbs up, I'm looking forward to the server issues being fixed, whether that is from less people playing or them getting more servers.

Excellent mech fun. I grew up on Mechwarrior and I always felt that Armored Core looked too slippery or 'anime' for my tastes but let me tell you, this game is an absolute blast. I tried to play Daemon x Machina when it came out a while back and it just felt jank as hell. Armored Core 6 feels tight as a drum.

209 hours in at the time of writing this review and I only have one achievement left before the game is 100%'d, and that's S-Ranking all missions. I'm working on that now and figured I should write a review.

Get it. It's a great game.

Edit: Baldur's Gate 3 is fun. Buggy but fun. The below review was... in error. Still a thumbs up for BG3 though.

I've never played a fighting game that was capable of holding my attention quite like this one. You always have options on what to do, things you can do to cool down from the regular game.

- Ranked Play
- Cab play in the Battle Hub
- Arcade Games in the Battle Hub
- World Tour
- Arcade
- Training
- Art and Music Collection (By doing various stuff)
- Combo Trials
- Extreme Battles
- Avatar Battles

In addition to the feature set available, the actual gameplay is the tightest and most fulfilling I've played since Third Strike, and yet is simultaneously remarkably accessible? Just perfect.

I can't wait to see what characters get added because I like -every- character on this roster, when usually I have difficulty picking someone to main because I'm not really feeling it. Not the case here, I want to main everyone.

Great game, amazing gunplay and fantastic movement. Runs well, awesome visuals. Soundscape is kinetic and has adequate feedback, though footsteps and self-hit feedback could be balanced a bit more prominently.

Absolutely would not recommend due to the method through which you progress through the Battle Pass, the sole means by which you can obtain cosmetics:

- You need 1000xp to level.
- You gain 50xp per match played, regardless of performance, wins, or losses.
- You have a finite number of "Challenges" per week which provide 200-300xp
- Some of these challenges require you to achieve criteria which can only occur well into the Overtime of a match. This rarely occurs.
- An example of these are "Kill 20 enemies with the Wraith mortar" or "Destroy an enemy Scorpion Tank"
In case you're curious about how rare this is? I play nothing but Big Team Battle, which is the only gametype which can spawn these vehicles. I'm 30.7 hours in as of the time I'm writing this review. Only one Scorpion tank has ever spawned in a match I've been in. Five Wraiths have spawned.

Couple the above facts with:
- 343 monetizes tokens to reroll your challenges. They have a direct monetary interest in curating Challenges which gatekeep your ability to progress your Battle Pass. They literally sell you a solution to a problem they have crafted and are well aware of.

It doesn't feel like a smut conduit with a game carelessly wrapped around it, it feels like a legitimate rogue-like deck-building dungeon crawler that had smut thrown in.
