I really like a lot of the fundamental changes the game has to separate itself from earlier Civ games, but it is just in too unfinished of a state for me to recommend this game to anyone. The UI is terrible and gives far too little information for a game all about micromanaging your resources and people. If you're new to Civ, you'll likely be left confused at how certain aspects of the game work entirely. If you're not, you might still end up longing for more information/breakdown how your cities are running. Not worth the $70 price point in its current state. It feels like an early access game that needed more time to cook before it launched.
