I don't know how anyone comes up with so many unique ideas, but I was engaged and tripped out of my mind the whole time. Can't wait for more.

They took a bold risk going in a different direction from the first game, and despite it not translating the same kinds of emotions it still delivers a memorable and fun experience. The soundtrack is beautiful and powerful. The scale of the game is giant. The ambitions of your leadership are pitted against the ambitions of an ever-growing and ever-hungry society. Tensions will rise, people may die, tough decisions made in times of hardship will plague you years later. And yet, as always, the city must survive - no matter the cost.

Great game and atmosphere. Unrelenting in tension, but not impossible to win - plenty of room for mistakes as long as your overall plans for survival like food and water are there. I would recommend Frostpunk over this, but if you're a fan of Frostpunk and want something similar this is an amazing game to scratch that itch.

Insanely fun coop game. If you're looking for an amazing party game this is one you'll be returning to constantly. Big bonus points because this game supports couch coop, which is a rare thing nowadays. And you can always also play with friends online - and if you're looking to diversify the team layouts among your friends then select the custom game category instead of quick play. This will also let you dictate the map pool, and you can still get strangers from the internet to fill your lobby as usual.

Quantity over quality

One of the greatest RPGs of all time. Even better when you play with a friend. We went through this game over many months, doing sessions whenever we had free time, and it was the greatest co-op gaming experience I've ever had. It felt like every session was a D&D session, culminating to a grand finale. I'm sad that it's over, but happy that I ever got to experience such a magical epic.

Extremely unique. Wasn't at all expecting that journey, but it was pretty cool. A lot of interesting mechanics that are unconventional and meta. Really dense atmosphere. If you are even remotely a card game fan, this is 100% worth full price.
