Bought this game on launch, tried to get into it but I just couldn't. Something about it just didn't click with me. Kept trying over the next 5 years to no avail, I'd usually drop it pretty early on. Not sure what the issue was.

But something clicked a couple weeks ago. I found myself in the mood to finally play this game and see it all the way through, and I gave it another shot.. I just couldn't put it down. Finally got hooked and it was a hell of a ride start to finish. Loved the experience, and I may do more playthroughs in the future just to make different decisions and see the outcomes.

Sad that I couldn't get into it when it came out (even if it launched in a horrendous state), but I'm happy to have finally experienced what Night City had to offer.

Absolute must-play.

First two chapters were pretty fun, but I couldn't even get through the third chapter with my friends without encountering so many game breaking bugs. After the donkey segment, a friend fell through the map, so we reloaded a save and two of us spawned in the sky in the middle of nowhere, then got warped back to the very start.

Have you not heard about how great this game is already? Just play it.

I've always loved the Sonic racing games, I even loved Team Sonic Racing, so I already knew this was gonna be a fun time. But I was absolutely blown away by *how* much fun it was. I participated in both the Closed and Open Network Tests and they had me counting down until the game's release.

If you're jumping in for the first time, I'd recommend playing through all the Grand Prixs before going online. By the time you finish them all, you should be close to unlocking all the gadget slots on your license. Those gadgets make a hell of a difference once you find a combo you like using. Also, don't sleep on Race Park, there's some cool vehicles you can get from there.

Also-- banging soundtrack, I love it. The jukebox seems pretty slapped on though, and while I appreciate being able to change course music, I kinda don't want to do that, the course music is all great. It's odd that I can't change the menu or lobby themes though, those are the two I *do* wanna change. Maybe in a future update?
