There is no skin, its an alternate appearance for level only. However, I think the wording is intentionally misleading and cannot recommend based on this. Literally no reason to lock this skin behind the level, especially when you're advertising the skin as a separate entity.

If you are buying for the story, this game is incredible, I have never had a single problem running the story mode and the story itself is amazing and definitely worth a playthrough. If you are buying for online, stay the hell away for now, so many game breaking bugs from disappearing camps to horses that won't move to animal spawns being nonexistent making one of the games only 4 jobs basically impossible if you're on a server with more than 15 people.

it may be a little rough around the edges due to early access, but this game clearly has a dedicated playerbase and amazing developers that update frequently. So much potential i can only imagine how great it'll be on release, exploring the plaza is great the minigames are fun both alone and with friends or randos and the best part? Everything is gained through gameplay! no shortcuts with money or anything of the sort, you pay the cost of entry and thats it.
