The game isn’t terrible, but there are a lot of things that piss me off. That said, I did have some fun.

The biggest issue for me is the so-called “open world.” It’s honestly one of the worst designs I’ve ever experienced. You don’t feel free at all—you feel trapped. Every quest forces you down a single scripted path. Go to point A, then point B, no room for choice. It ends up feeling like you’re playing a linear game pretending to be open world.

I just wish the developers had taken notes from Divine Divinity’s map design and actually learned something.
