This game drew me in with it's stunning visuals and what seemed like an advertisement to a getaway as a Mountain Ranger in a National Forest. This was kind of true in the end.

The first few minutes of game play surprised me when I realized I was reading and role-playing a tragic novel of my life.
So It set up the expectation that emotions and story telling might be the forefront of this game. It got me in the mindset to play as the main character Henry. Almost as if I was acting. Which was fun as I interacted my co-star Delilah. I really felt like I was in a play, where our story just so happened to take place amongst mountains and trees.

I had fun trying to figure out the story and unveil the mystery. Constantly acting out as I read documents as I found them really added to the fun. Perhaps streaming this with friends added some unexpected enjoyment, as I felt I had an audience as I performed my Community Theater version of the game.

About halfway through the game, the story was having to work harder as I started to realize I was just running back and forth. Eventually what seemed like a giant map started to feel like a Rat Maze of going up and down steps, and repelling down ropes. This would be my greatest critique of the game.

For me, I was hoping the game had more of a puzzle adventure game element. Maybe not every box was unlocked with 1234 (granted one was different, but Delilah tells you the code), and you need to actually think about solving something, other than how to run back and forth from various landmarks.

Overall the game and narrative was beautiful and would recommend it to anyone who wants to feel something in a game, but doesn't really want a challenge.

A wonderful throwback to 90's cartoony platformers with a Halloween twist!
Fun collectables, skins, and weapons.
Weapons change the gameplay in fun ways, and you can switch them up at any point.
The Bosses were amazing! The final few were a satisfying challenge.
Many mini-games spread out through levels of evolving platforming.
I really enjoyed this game. Awesome work!
