A farming/crafting life sim with an exceptional gameplay loop and a great level of polish and playability. I think the overall experience compares favorably to its inspirations- games like Stardew Valley and Terraria. Lots of room for improved quality of life features but the drawbacks are forgivable since it's so addictive and rewarding to play.

Online co-op works fantastically. Easy drop-in and drop-out style without much (if any) loss upon disconnect and reconnection- something that many games struggle with, so it's always great to see this aspect done well. There's tons to do and the biomes to explore are very customizable. Getting from the beginning to the end credits took at least 30 hours and there is a lot of post-game completionist content.

Lots of areas for improvement and expansion but the foundation is great. I hope more meaningful updates and additions might be on the way but for the asking price I'm more than happy with what's already here.

Also of note are the dungeons and numerous activities to complete across the overworld. The action/adventure aspects of gameplay are solidly designed and unexpectedly challenging for a predominantly cozy type of game. The archeologist profession adds a lot in way of optional challenge if you happen to like clearing the dungeons perfectly.
