Pros:
Many interesting mechanics new to Civ-like games (waiting for new features from Millenia in Civ7) and good basics for expansion of the concept. The development of your country feels like a many-option logical task.

Cons:
Interface is a mess, and, what is most harmful, it can't be customized. That makes game basics har to understand.
Nevertheless, graphics is ok.
