Peak fiction. On my 3rd playthrough now, having played both DLCs. Love the combat and how crunchy it can get at times while still being very digestible and quick to learn

After being hounded by people to try Pathfinder for ages I thought I'd start here. That was a mistake. Not only is the gameplay itself slow as all hells (seriously why is the walking speed that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ slow???), the game manages to, astoundingly, be incredibly complex and yet also completely and utterly boring. Maybe it'll get better in a bit, but I only plan to give it one more go when I'm less annoyed at it. If you're looking for a good CRPG by Owlcat, just go play Rogue Trader.

"HIT BIG THING WITH BIG STICK UNTIL BIG THING STOPS MOVING THEN MAKE BIGGER STICK TO HIT BIGGER THING OUT OF BIG THING'S BODY" once again proves to be a working formula for a game.

Also for the love of all that is good in this world, use your healing items (yes, you, the Master Rank player reading this). Your combo is not worth dying to the monster. I promise.

Look, a bunch of friends recommended I play this. So I did. 2.5 hours in, the only stuff I've liked so far is the art, the music, and the writing. The gameplay doesn't suck, it's just not interesting to me. And if a game's gameplay doesn't interest me, why should I care?
Why'd I still play 2.5 hours you might ask? So I can actually give an informed opinion on it, that's why.
