Base game and quests are phenomenal. Lacking only in cleanliness for bugs & glitches, glitches of non-game breaking issue (Means it can be looked over). Compelling quest is always better.

Mods are only sprinkles to your playthrough which means base game has a great quality to start off with.
DLCs shouldn't have been called DLCs must have been called Expansion Packs.

TL;DR: Excellent Game, flawed and not perfect but still a GG and a Worth to Buy!
