A very fun and sturdy classic. An easy going platformer collectathon with an Ausi twist that still holds up against the test of time along side big titles such as Jak and Daxter, and Crash Bandicoot. I grew up playing this title on Gamecube, and have had no problem playing it now on an Xbox One controller.

Early Access can make one feel unsure about making this purchase, but rest assured it is a complete and fully functional game. This title is simply having more added on to it to brand itself as an HD Remake such as new sounds, HD textures, as well as Steam additions like achievments and trading cards.

Fable Anniversary is a great remake of an amazing classic.

I also feel the huge ammount of complaints some people have been having with this game to be very negligable.

Negligable Complaints:
Art style, A lot of people were expecting a more realistic art style for the game instead of a slight cartoony/fantasy look. I feel the art style the devs used works VERY well with the game, and increases the ammount of charm the Fable games give, so far everything I have seen looks asthetically pleasing.

Not RPG enough, If you have never played a Fable game, you MUST realize before playing that this game is NOTHING like an Elder scrolls, Dark souls, or Witcher game. Fable is VERY casual in comparison, and doesn't take itself nearly as seriously. Despite there also being a harder difficulty to choose from than normal, the game is still very much casual.

Real Complaints:

The AI, The AI of a lot of the NPC's in this game is very clunky, and a bit buggy especially when trying to get people to follow you.

Bad cut scenes, During a lot of minor dialogue cut scenes, everything in the background seems to stop moving except for you, and the NPC you;re talikng to. This can lead to some very distracting, or awkward backgrounds with NPC's just frozen in the middle of an activity. Also the audio during chapter progression cutscenes is very low quality, and even crackles at times like the original game.

The $35 asking price, $35 dollars is just way to much for ecentially upgraded visuals, and audio especially when the original, and its Lost Chapters DLC are available on Steam as well.

Over all though this game is extremely fun and very replayable
The Achievments are also a nice bonus, especially since most of them leave you with two different methods to unlock it, so the path / play style you choose won't impact if you can earn the achievment or not.

A fairly addictive CO-OP survival horror Indie game.

Pros: Constantly updated with new weapons, and some times enemies. Plenty of classes to choose from to create a good balanced team. A great game to play with friends, or to cure bordom.

Middle: Requires adequate teamwork to win.

Cons: Leveling up perks to become stronger can be difficult, but mainly time consuming. Can take awhile to get used to being a pro team player.
