Early Access Review
Extremely well polished Early Access Game from what I experienced so far.
I enjoy playing it in short bursts and doing a few jobs every now and then.
With the addition of removing the timer in career mode, I think a lot more people will enjoy it, since now the pressure of completing your shift in time is gone. However, I truly enjoy the mechanic as it fits well in the setting, with your corporate overlord taxing you each shift to squeeze you of as much of your hard earned pennies as possible.

I hope to see more ships added eventually, alongside some way to make custom content for the game, like custom designed ships to scrap or mods. This game has a lot of potential and longevity with user generated content.
I'm aware this is on the roadmap so it's coming, so nothing to worry about!

Absolutely loved this game smashed so many hours into it on release.
If EA allows Star Wars projects like these to take off, I think there's certainly a lot of hope on getting the franchise back on track.

I played the game twice on Master difficulty and I felt like I was getting adequately punished for missing parry timings and dodge timings. I actually had a use for every ability I acquired throughout the game and found the puzzles/exploration to be thoroughly enjoyable.

Game feels like when Uncharted / Zelda / Dark Souls / AC / Tomb Raider had a conjoined tripling. (And they all synergize with each other.)

It also left me wanting for more, almost feeling like it was too short. Which in my opinion is a good thing, actually means that the game is good enough to sit through completely.

Absolutely loved this game, I played it right after Dark Forces II.
Story wise it's actually very interesting, and it made much more sense when I jumped back in Jedi Outcast as to what is what.
You should definitely not buy this game for its graphics, or gameplay at that. While they definitely aren't bad I have to say I thought it was easier than Dark Forces II, especially because I got Force "Protection" very early on.

I was having a hard time deciding wether to recommend it or not recommend it due to the fact that I had a lot of issues running it on my Windows 10 PC. I ended up using the unofficial patch, jkgfxmod with the Neural Textures.
It sure looked pretty, but with lightning effects I crashed, so I had to play without it every time I encountered lightning.
If you want to go through the hassle of fixing up the game to play it properly I fully recommend it.
Otherwise, I think the GoG version might be a bit more stable and reliable to run on modern systems.

I recently played through JK:DF II and it sure was a blast, difficulty was definitly there and it didn't feel like I was using my lightsaber a whole lot until the very end where I started getting certain force abilities that made you incredibly op. But until that point, I had to chose between the lightsaber and my weapons.

I've only done a Light Side playthrough, which was incredibly enjoyable, though at the same time it felt kind of OP when you get a certain Force Power.

I really hope future star wars games that have Jedis will atleast explore the oppertunity to learn from DFII and make the lightsaber massively overpowered, much like in DF II, but at the same time I hope the force pwoers won't turn you into a god as is the case in the later levels.

All in All, I thought the story was very enjoyable and hope to find the same for MoTS.

Furthermore, I modded my game to include upscaled textures and upgraded graphics, along with better controls (Scroll Wheel for Weapons or Force Powers) So to speak I think the game age extremely well, if you grab the graphical enhancements and fully advice anyone to blast through this incredibly enjoyable nostalgic Star Wars game!

(Sidenote I played the game way longer, but when you mod it steam won't recognize the game anymore.)

Where do I start, I remember playing this game when I was like little, it has so much nostalgic value to me.
I would recommend this game to anyone that wants to experience a old school nostalgic shooter.

Difficulty wise, I had the right feeling about this, sure the game isn't very hard but it still holds up well vs newer titles.
I feel like I get appropriately punished if I don't react or use cover properly.

Story wise, I have to say it's also very solid and had me going as well, certainly helps and explains certain events in the next Jedi Knight games, if you are replaying them for that. Like me.

I do have to add, if you wish to modernize the game a bit, like controls and the likes, you'll have to take your time to read some of the FAQs the community put together, but all in all, when it works, it works great. Remember that this is a DOS game.

Great game overall, I haven't had this much fun since Saints Row.
By all means, it's not Saints Row IV but it definitly is a very fun spin-off.

There are some questionable FPS drops. But I'm sure it will get fixed.

It's like your very own Michael Bay movie.
Just, without the girls a whole lot of guns and a *TON* of explosions.
Freedom never felt so good, not to forget you can actually show medici what freedom really is.

First of all, let me say that GTA V is one heck of a port on PC.
It makes GTA IV look like garbage, atleast for what it was during the first few days during launch.

Secondly I'd like to point out that the PC version of GTA V is most definitly a considerably huge upgrade over the Xbox one/ PS4 version.

- The story is quite excellent actually, some people might say GTA IV story was better. Which might be the case, but I personally think GTA V has a pretty good story by itself.

- The ability to switch between the 3 characters in-game is pretty sweet. I personally hope they might consdier building upon this for future games but we'll see.

- Gorgeous open world, you can see they put quite some extra work into the PC version,it was worth every penny to me.

- Unless you're a heavy completionist reloading save after save to get every nick and dime out of the first playthrough this game will offer countless hours of replay value.

One of the things that I though, personally could've been done better was;

- You can literally go through the entire game without upgrading anything at all. It felt like it was kind of obsolete even bothering upgrading the weapons or cars at all.

- Some of the side missions started to feel a bit generic after a while, while it took a heck of a time before that happened it could use some work as well.

I'd personally give the game a 9 / 10 , and it's a must buy for any GTA fan out there.

This game actually came as an surprise, I mean I wasn't expecting it to be anywhere near as decent when I first saw gameplay of it.

But it turns out that;

- The atmosphere in Alien: Isolation is pretty solid, I felt immersed throughout the start of the game.
- The game isn't as short as I was expecting it to be.
- Very accessible with KB+M
- Graphic wise the game sets the right tone for a horror game. (Think of the right kind of shaders) + it looks pretty fancy.
- The game is also relatively harder than the most games you come across nowadays, I see it as a bonus but some might
argue that they don't like it.

I haven't experienced any bugs or hardware problems, but I'd presume everyone has had a different expierence. And/or they patched them out by now.

I'd give the game a 8/10 , hopefully I helped a bit on your journey of purchasing this game on steam.
Though keep in mind, this is one of my first reviews and I still have a lot to learn.
