I've played just above 15 hours of this game, and bought it after the MASSIVE day one patch came out. This is my first review of a game, and the aim is to discuss breifly the story (no spoilers) and the pros and cons of the game as it currently stands, and to provide a recommendation on whether to buy now, wait for sale or leave it entirley.

Firstly, Kingdom Come: Deliverance is very story driven. You play a character named Henry, with quite a bit of character development throughout the game. The intro itself took about 5 hours becasue I was constantly restarting from previous "Quest" saves to tackle situations with villagers and nobles in different ways. This is not a bad thing, It persuaded me to check everything out and get used to what I was playing.

The story grips you in a way that wants you to do some missions that may seem objectivly menial, but because of the way the intro is set up and introduces you to the world, you want to keep playing. The story sets up an overall goal for the player (as Henry), and it gives you an overall sense of starting from the bottom to eventually become great and powerful. The introduction of lore and influence of religion does well to create a world full of clashing swords and brutal murder.

The combat system works really well as it's skill based with timing, attack and defense judgement, spacial awareness (environment and multiple enemies). I would recommend increasing your FOV. During combat it can seem cluncky at "too squished" with a tighter view.

The visuals and graphics are stunning... when they work. Bugs are definitley through the game but these are are more to do with graphics then anything else. I have come across a bug in one side mission so far, and not doing it until another patch. Regardless, what stands out specifically is the lighting (on ultra or very high) with glare in your eyes and looking out into well lit areas from the dark, vegetation with awesome detail and an emense amount of dense follage that provides for realism (ultra and very high), and terrain, this game makes terrain look real (especially when it rains).

Pros:
- Aweome Visuals & Graphics
- Unique Combat system
- Speech System is decent
- Story is awesome (so far)
- Maps visuals look great and reflect the era the games set in
- Music is good and fits the game perfectly
- Voice acting is decent
- Events & actions can influence other events and the world

Cons:
- Graphical bugs on most objects (during some load times, exploration and some environmetal change)
- FPS can dip in cities and towns (on ultra with a OC'd GTX 1070 can dip to 35-40fps, biggest hitter is post processing and shadows, forestry and beyond 60fps average)
- Some missions may be buggy, so far only found one
- It's unpolished (explains the 20GB day-one patch)
- STEEP learning curve for combat system
- A "I want to kill myself" lockpicking system (steep learning curve and a pain at the beginning until skills get better, honestly think it needs an overhaul)
- Saving is very specific (have to drink a specific beverage, go to sleep or complete a mission)

That's all I could think of.

I would recommend this game right now if you can get it at a cheaper price (by at least 20%) and after the developers patch the hell out of the game to fix the bugs. I'd also recommend having a high end graphics card like a GTX 1070 or above to get decent performance and decent settings.

All in all the news is that within 2 weeks pathes will include:
- Mission bug fixes
- Frame drop fixes
- Ability to change Anti-Aliasing settings
- Save and Quit system
- Lockpickig fixes or changes
- Hopefully graphical bugs
