Overall, this is a good entertaining game. The core gameplay loop of patrol - stop crimes - collecting XP is an enjoyable loop. The AI at times can be a little off ( someone trying to steal a car while you are writing a ticket comes to mind, or your partner trying to stop a foot crime while you are trying to stop things), but you learn with it.

Story is what you expect from a rookie cop drama. Achievements are achievable and worth going after.

Good entry for the developers, and I look forward to a re-iteration of the series if they decide to go with a sequel in couple of years.

Orwell is one of the best Choose Your Own Adventure games available on Steam. The story/narrative was thought provoking, and the price of the game is worth it for the story as well. The detective game play element is well thought out, and the stressful moments in the game added a sense of consequence, depending on your actions. While like most other CYOA games, the outcomes at the end of each chapter "don't matter" so the plot can advance, the weight of the options made it feel as if there were consequences that could affect the outcome.

This game was worth full price, and if you find it on sale, is worth it.

100% Achievements: Requires at minimum 3 plays so play the game once, without reading any spoilers, and then read a guide to plan out how to get the missing achievements.

Sexy Brutale is a puzzle game. You play as a guest in a mansion, where everyone in the mansion is going to die from gruesome murders. You need to find out how each guest is going to die, and take the needed actions to make sure they survive. As each guests survive, you unlock more abilities that lets you save other guests.

This game has a strong story, great soundtrack, and is really pretty to play through. The puzzles are not overly challenging, and the main game is short (about 5 hours). So this is a good game to play on a rainy weekend.

I recommend this game, but only if it is on sale. The short gameplay makes me not want to spend a lot of money on it, and the gameplay is nice, but you are not missing anything by passing on this purchase. If you find this on sale, or it is gifted from a humble bundle, then I think you are in the right place.

The Council is an interactive story adventure game. Similar in nature to the Tell Tale series of games, your choice will matter, and will change the ending of the game depending on how you act. There are a lot of puzzles in this game, not like Myst, but carefully worded puzzles that will require reading, and understanding different clues.

What separates this game from other story-adventure games, is an RPG element. You have a character class at the beginning of the game, and learn skills along the way. Skills will unlock different choices when talking to characters (think like KOTOR or Mass Effect), and will also give clues to the puzzles you encounter along the way.

Set in the late 1700s, you will meet famous character in history, and have to uncover the mystery on why they are all on this mysterious island, and what is their involvement in the disappearance of your mother.

Because of the game play, settings, and the characters, I do recommend this game for anyone. The Council takes the formula from Tell Tale, and elevates it, and the story was enjoyable along the way. My only regret so far is a lack of a sequel.

This is the game that really put Telltale on the map.

Walking Dead is an adventure game. You play as Lee as you are trying to survive the Zombie Apocalypse in the world of the Walking Dead. You follow along with the story, making decisions along the way that will affect conversations later in the story, as well as who is present.

I recommend this game because it really defines the standard of the Choose your own adventure games from Tell Tale. There are others that are better, but also some that are worst. This is the game that you can play, and you know what you are looking for from games later.
