So far amazing a higher res and over all decently updated version of the first game with alot less story as it is in open beta
currently co-op mode is only 2 player and barely functional but the devs are very aware and plan on fixing it soon as possible considering just how many people want it, performance over all could be better as there is no up scaling yet which should be a base thing but there is 3rd party tools you can use to do so.

Respawn and E.A's monetization will 100% kill this game they expect week after week event after event that we will buy a 180usd collection event. Instead of creating a new content or story for the game that goes throughout the season we'll get maybe one or 2 story drops with some 2 illustration comic and a voice over, the skins are getting lower and lower effort aswell, its sad to see the creative minds at respawn are getting overworked and under payed by the higher ups, as their is lay off after lay off with the feel and quality of the game getting worse and worse. The gameplay itself is fun when you are actually in a fair fight but the game is filled with hackers and top tier players getting into low level lobbies where you will never have a fair game. The hacker problem is huge and respawn just doesn't acknowledge it all, instead of focusing on the issue at hand they nerf and remove movement tech and strategies that makes sense with how they are supposed to be used bloodhound and bangalore makes sense as a good combo, crypto and alter was insanely smart and the people who figured it out and used it are getting punished for not playing the game right. E.A, Respawn give us better skins, give us more story, give us better content, support your esports teams, support your devs more, and ffs stop being one of the worst game companies to exist. yipee they just ♥♥♥♥♥♥ the game over more!!!

I played through both closed betas and loved the game play the actual style of the game was new and fresh and invigorating when i saw the cosmetic system i was concerned but i did not think it would be this bad. The item cosmetics is incredibly expensive worse than games like apex and ow2 as they are reusing alot of skins from the open beta instead of new ones. The devs also decided to use ai voice actors instead of hiring real ones for long term work. The game is not awful and its honestly quite enjoyable, but the monetization is so awful i just cant recommend it.

-Also on release they fundamentally changed the movement system from momentum based, to input based, heavily nerfing the skill ceiling of the games incredibly interesting and enjoyable movement. Could have grabbed alot of players from the movement community of apex.

Pretty good if you want something like portal with interesting puzzles and fun concepts.

if you are able to get it to work for you thats wonderful, it seems fun. But its incredibly buggy, very unpolished i get to a point where my fps drops to 5 several times with no ryhme or reason my biggest issue is item handling jank its incredibly buggy and finicky to get items onto a vest. The tracking of the body is rather awful with it looking like my characters body has backwards knees the entire time the torso is far far longer than mine and it just looks very very weird. They also recently disabled the ability to use ovr advanced settings, and although i get the reasoning i atleast want an built alternative that does not break the game or give an unfair advantage. Like make it to where you can only change the setting in your home area. Cause tracking breaks sometimes and likes to think for weeks on end that im 8 feet tall and in those times i just cant use vr without ovr advanced settings.
