This game is VERY good, a lot of potential to be found if you are able to look past the current problem areas that the game has. I'm sure you've heard all about them or felt them before, but the storage space can be stifling once you start really progressing, the frame-rates can get utterly atrocious even on high end machines, and some of the mechanics I personally don't enjoy after a while--the cooking gets a bit tedious. Another thing I see listed as a con, though, is the harsh gameplay loop. Which is completely stupid to not like, it's an extraction shooter, why do you expect to keep your items (skill issue that's why). Additionally, with the limiting storage space at this point I would prefer a death or two to actually clear that ♥♥♥♥ out.

Once you get past these issues you've got a game with a range of satisfying mechanics, surprisingly large customization on weapons and armor, varied and interesting play styles tuned to said customization, and a whole ♥♥♥♥ load of charm and character. Not to mention the soundtrack--♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mint.

Buy it if it interests you, don't expect a flat learning curve, and keep in mind that its an extraction shooter and the entire point is taking risks for rewards.

worth it for just the soundtrack, the rest is just an incredible addition. Loved shapez 1, and two will surely take my heart in the same way.
