Deep Rock Galactic is one of the best co-op shooters I have played in a long time.

All the classes complement each other perfectly, but you can also get the job done with just a couple of them, or solo with the help of your 'BOSCO' robot.

The caves are procedurally generated, with different biomes, loads of monsters to splat, and hours of fun to be had.

You'll often find yourself in a dark cave, monsters squealing in the darkness metres in front of you, and then your scout fires a flare into the cave ceiling and you see tens of creepy crawlies all over the cave walls and right in your face. Lucky you have your Deep Rock Galactic standard issue shotgun, huh?

All the classes also have their own respective weapons, of which mods are aplenty, lots of customization options for your individual dwarf, skins for weapons etc. Teaming up with friends or strangers is easy, usually resulting in you getting dropped in to a game in your mining pod, right into the action helping out where you can.

This is one of the great success stories from Steam early access, with the devs still supporting the title after years of development.

Typical COD trash

Only 16 hours in and I can tell I will put hundreds of hours into this game. If you like city building/managment/tycoon/building/theme parks/rollercoasters etc. etc. BUY IT.

In my opinion, one of, if not the best Fallout game. Modding community is absoloutely insane, mods still coming out with better atmosphere and content than the Fallout 4 DLC's.
