A crossing between Stardew Valley and Factorio.

You have the cozy village life style with a bunch of likeable NPC characters like in Stardew but, the job part is replaced with a lite version of Factorio factory building.

I highly recommend going in blind.
The game is very well designed, there are no wrong paths and clever use of game mechanics is rewarded so don't worry about solving a puzzle the "wrong" way.

One of the best tactical games out there.

While quite hard I didn't find it to be unfair most failure will be because of player error but there is some RNG involved.
The build options for both your crew members and towns are plentiful and cater to many play styles.
There is meta progression which some people might not like but the grind isn't that bad and having everything from the start would probably be somewhat overwhelming to newer players.

I recently got back into UT99 bunny tracking and wanted to try a more modern take on that idea, this wasn't it. Maybe if they fix the following issues, it can be somewhat enjoyable.

Game performs really poorly on GTX 1080 reaching an unstable 60fps at best.
I know a GTX 1080 isn't exactly high-end anymore, but this game doesn't look anywhere near as good as say DOOM (2016) from around when the GTX 1080 was new.

The games difficulty seems to mostly originate from poor floaty controls which seem somewhat mitigated by enabling 1st person mode and even then i still had the camera disconnect from my character and looking down his throat multiple times in just the few minutes I bothered playing.

Actually somewhat enjoyable mobile game.

Would have been better if people wanted to go to more than a single place each but still an amusing puzzle game.

A simple yet well written story with lots of unique and likeable characters, the rogue lite gamestyle works really well in this game since all characters are effectively immortal and thus there is no need to pretend you (or anyone else) never "died" and even if you do get to the end there will still be a reason to start the climb again and again.

The gameplay is also excellent with smooth controls and lots of choices in weapons and upgrades to suit your style.

The visual style also works incredibly well with the theme.

The voice acting is also top notch and very fitting for all characters.

The difficulty of the game starts out quite fair possibly a bit too easy for some but after your first completed run you get the options to alter difficulty with quite a few custom settings which also allows you to get the first boss kill rewards multiple times (once for each difficulty level).

Great sandbox game in the most literal sense of sandbox.
