I'm an imperialist on an island full of indigenous people who I can recklessly commit genocid uh I mean spread my freedom to. What's not to love? This game should be called Deforestation by the time I finish with it coz that's exactly what I did. It's a free market baby, capitalism rules! woohoo!

On a serious note I'm glad Endnight is pushing the Sons of the Forest, I'm excited and glad to know they're not rushing into the sequel.

I haven't been gaming in quite a while because of life. So when I decided to finally (and randomly) spend a bit of time to play, this had enough intensity to not overwhelm me and to keep me interested enough to continue the game the very next day and finish the game..with my desired ending too.

+ Good human interactions and dialogue. The variety in characters kept the game interesting too.
+ Visually stunning. (but what can I say, I am a biased towards this style.)
+ Relatibility - It's not everyday I play something that reflects my reality; As a fellow gig-worker, and an employee in the e-hailing industry, while struggling to survive in a capitalist world, this game hits close to home.
+ Inclusivity - Loved how there is a non-binary character (which faintly reminds me of Alok V Menon as the Character 'Azul'!) (I'm also wondering in Lina was a neurodivergent or even Ace/demi)

- The dialogue went by a bit too fast, no prompt to let players know how fast the sentences progress so I missed a handful of sentences along the way.
- Choices matter, but it was a turn off on how some of the options laid out were not available for selection. The most desired selection were unattainable.
- Some actions prompt unexpected results. Like completing the daily ride quota will automatically put you in a position where you need to go to sleep. This caused me to miss some outside-of-the-job side quests/stories.

~ Would love the game to be longer! But this shouldn't really be a negative point.
