My other concerns are as follows:
1.Musculoskeletal Damage (i.e tendonitis, carpal tunnel syndrome,poor posture that will get worse and permanent over time)
2. Eye strain and dry eyes

3. Cardiovascular effects
They aren’t much but they are real risks

Theres also weight gain and insulin resistance which is bad
