I mostly play PvE coop games with my friends therefore we checked out Helldivers 2. And we all think It's a really fun game. Like W40K Darktide the Game is at it's best on the higher or highest difficulty. Sometimes you'll find yourself on the initial drop point surrounded by everything the game has to offer. Enemy artillery, tanks, huge dreadnought-like robots or Terminids in all sorts and variants. Sometimes 50% of your respawns will be depleted after this first encounter with the enemy forces. However the game never really gives you some sort of breather on difficulty 8 or 9. You can imagine sometimes you'll get a significant sense of accomplishment, if you manage to pull through 50 min of this insane chaos.

However I wish the dev's would fix the performance issues and introduce newer tech features like DLSS or frame-gen. The temporal solution you'll get here is just an ugly mess. You'll need a pretty beefy PC to run this game on max settings and sometimes you'll still experience stutters or frame issues.

Before you start this game make sure to check out Mod-Community. Some mods not just enhance the experience, some will outright fix the game.

I love this Game.

You'll get your moneys worth out of this game. This game is perfect for the holiday season if you can manage to persuade 3 of your friends to look into this game.

I cannot recommend this game for the fact that it does not support ultra wide resolutions. The presentation however is in Letterbox.... So you'll have black bars on all corners. Not just during cutscenes... everywhere even during normal gameplay.

You can download a mod to get rid of this poor tech presentation but for a game this new to present itself so poorly is just ridiculous.

I haven't finished it yet but no further impression will change my mind about this.

I finished the game and I still can't recommend. The ending the laziest excuse I have ever seen.

even with 50% Off this DLC is not worth the money. Console Players get way more premiumcurrency

despite all the hate this Game is receiving online especially from RE fans I gave it another Chance in 2023. I remembered it for being very experimental. I Liked it for its coop-focus and the new melee combat.

But damn this game aged very very poorly. Starting at the horrible Resolution options. Textboxes are massive UI Elements are getting cut of in ultrawide resolutions. Navigating the menus thru this cellphone like UI is one of the worst experiences during gameplay. The graphics in this game are seriously worse than RE5. If you decide to Play the first Leon mission you will be greeted with the worst this game has to offer. Grafics ->♥♥♥♥♥♥, gameplay -> ♥♥♥♥♥♥, ripping the controls from the player every 20 seconds -> ♥♥♥♥♥♥. storytelling -> ♥♥♥♥♥♥.

In the Wake of the RE4 Remake I heard some ppl on Youtube praising this game for it's controls and Character responsiveness, but I don't really see it.

This game still needs some serious work. Gameplay is fun but there is a serious lack of content compared to its predecessor

We have this joke in our "friends strike team" that the game since the Class rework feels like it's finally left it's beta phase. We all played a lot since then and the game is more fun then before. However there is still so much i would have changed and stuff that its predecessor did much better. First and formost the BOT-AI and the loot system. Still not recommended except you want a modern coop Game after you've played Deep Rock Galactic
