Excellent game

Excellent game. Compelling story mixed with a fantastic battle system. Cannot recommend this game highly enough.

The main quest is very compelling and actually feels like a coherent story line.

I'm 6 hours or so into the game as a first time player.
Very enjoyable introduction experience.
You create a character and choose a class but your character is not limited to that class alone.
Combat is simple and intuative.
I play on PC using an Xbox controller and couldn't be happier with the gameplay and UI.
EU Servers are quite full. 'Legacey' just means that the server was around durng 1.0 (basically an honorific title) so don't worry about selecting Ragnarok as the starting server. Moogle and Shiva are predominently French and German speaking servers while the rest are majority english.

Great game so far, looking forwarding to reviewing level 10 to 30.
