Overall, quite ♥♥♥♥.

It's incredibly laggy, my computer is smouldering running it.
The questions follow a set path, so no matter what choices you pick, none of them matter, it's all pre-written and the choices are an illusion to a linear path. The game assumes you pick certain choices which you didn't pick, and berates you on them. i.e. you get blamed for starting a war and the game tries to guilt you about not smuggling immigrants, but no mention of war came from my choices.

It's really quite a fun game, it's kinda similar to Factorio, but without the conveyor belts and with a lot, lot more programming.
It's quite fun seeing everything come together.
Actually, it might be best to compare it to Anno, as you need to fulfill the needs of your people to progress.

Good game, let's me pillage and burn down countries with my military might, ship based dlc/update soon

Game has a gripping storyline on the level of the greats such as the avengers and EVA. Also it has cute girls, so worth the money just for that.
