Abducted my enemies entire capital population into slavery then peaced out for a decade to come back and repeat on their new capital. Depending on what you feel like you could then decide to eat them, borg them, turn them into the undead, or just leave them in plain old slavery.

On the other hand you could also stroll up and crack their planet in half killing upwards of 80 billion alien scum in one cool firework show.

Really enjoy the fact that there are non-space faring species you can stumble across and secretly or not so secretly abuse or help out. Its always an interesting thought as to what they might think when you start to blot out their solar system's sun with a dyson sphere, leaving their planet to find out how to survive without sunlight or heat.

If you want to purify the galaxy to only your species, you can do that. If you want to breed with everything that moves, you can do that aswell. If you want to consume all forms of sentient life in the galaxy, you can do that. If you want to play as the Borg and assimilate the entire galaxy, you can do that. If you just want to watch planets lose all forms of life in a few seconds, you can do that.

10/10 kind of game that makes you reconsider if youre a good person
