First time I have properly given the EU series a good try, since I consider it the Paradox series that I consider myself the least experienced/understandable. EU5 is very fun if you try and play as smaller and isolated nations, setting your own goals/objectives in learning the game. Paradox has done a great job at making the learning curve easier by allowing you to delegate certain tasks to the AI to handle on your behalf, it can be a bit frustrating when the AI is making strange decisions such as not investing enough in legitimacy or stability, however I do very much look forward to how Paradox plans to update, expand, and improve this game. Especially enjoyable to play with a group of friends and I highly look forward to playing the game and learning it better.

First game with this DLC decide to play as The Netherlands because trade. Immediately sell investment rights to the UK for a few thousand pounds a week on a 5year deal. Make massive bank for a small nation. Repeat that a few times and pass Laissez-fair. Taxes are on lowest and my two companies are in the top 10 globally, one of them being second place. Game has barely started. 10/10 DLC

Great game to play with friends. Not overly complicated or extra grindy. A lot to explore and discover, but the pace feels right.

Great game, very challenging. You have total freedom over changing every lever in the design process and seeing how it impacts all variables at play. You can totally focus on making 'the best' car for one demographic or trying to capture as many as possible. I highly recommend starting off small and learning the game through trial and error, there are also some great videos on YouTube that can help learn how each variable influences the final car as a product. For me, the emissions standards are the most difficult, but once you understand how it will 'guide' you in regards to engine development, and by extension car/model development, you begin to understand the challenge between making an emissions compliant vehicle which also appeals to the market. Every decision you make is a matter of resources and how to allocate them, thinking of the current market as well as the long term and how best to balance those objectives and priorities. This game has a huge amount of replay value, do you want to perfect a certain demographic or step outside of your comfort zone and try making a company with a whole other target demographic or style?

Fun game to play with friends. Scary, but not necessarily stressful, nice game that you don't have to take too seriously because part of the fun is the randomness and replay of each run.

Buy the boombox.
