I didn't mind the performance or the visuals but the bus stops got to me.

While removing a single bus line and its associated stops almost all buildings along all of roads the line used got marked for deletion. Turns out this is because removing a stop resets the zoning grid touching the road the stop was on, giving zoning priority to all nearby roads instead of the one where the stop was. This will mark almost all building along that road as wrong zoning type or size, removing it and changing its orientation and size when built again.
The only way around this is to remove the used roads and the roads around it and draw them back in the correct order while the game is paused and HOPE that the grid shows back up in roughly the same spot so you can rezone it and keep the buildings standing.

Was enjoying the game so far but this is a level of tedium that is just ridiculous.

An absolute must play

Fun for sure, but compared to the first game it's incredibly bare and broken.
Not even close to worth the money.
Let's hope the foundation is strong enough to build a great game on.
