Whilst the game is decent as far as Ark goes, the lack of support from Studio Wildcard is absurd and disgusting. I was away on vacation and one of our admin/staff members was provided access to my survivetheark.com account to edit the server advertisement, to keep it up to date. Normally, most people would logically create a new post but of course, Studio Wildcard will ban for that, so the next best thing was to log into mine this once and update it whilst I was unable to do so. This caused a moderator, Joe, to ban my account on the website even though it clearly can be seen the only alternative login was from an entirely different country. Reaching out for support has been shockingly terrible, the Discord are unable to help, the website blocks any ability to appeal and it seems as if some lowly moderator wishes to have a power trip.
