Early Access Review
I don't normally like these automation games, but something about being in a little village, owning a medieval potion shop, scratches an itch I didn't know I had. I played ELEVEN hours in one day, that is how hooked I am.

Played this for the first time right after watching the movie. Never watched Markiplier's playthrough either. I wanted to go into the movie and the game as their own entities and let me tell you. The movie did an amazing job adapting the game onto the big screen. I really enjoyed both the game and the movie and I look forward to the success of both medias.

Best game I have played in a VERY long time... like "wow" is all I can say...

I just wish it was longer or had more seasons..... 7 hours to beat the whole story with such an abrupt ending makes me very sad. Like when the credits rolled I sat there like, "huh?? that's it??" Sooo many things are left unanswered... SPOILERS HIDDEN: What happened with invisigal? Is she really the new Shroud or does she have another motive? Did Waterboy stay on the team and gain confidence? Did Phenomaman ever get over Blazer? Did Mandy and Robert workout in the long term? Did Mecha Man's suit get finished by Royd? (It was not fully complete when Robert used it in the final battle). Did Chase survive after Blazer got back her amulet?

I hope all of this is answered in an upcoming season and the story continues.

As someone mourning New World... this is exactly what we needed.

My ONLY gripe is the mount movement system. WHY can't I back up while using a mount? It is near impossible to control the mount (Horskie, that I paid $10 USD for) in the environment that Where Winds Meets takes place in. I will remove this portion of my review when mounts are updated.

Unbelievable.... my favorite game for years.... is ending. I am very disappointed that this is happening. They just released such an amazing update, which brought old and new players to Aternum. This is like losing a pet for me... I don't know what game will ever fill the void this one will leave. At least we still have some time... but I know people aren't going to even bother logging on anymore, and the community will slowly die out.

I have never watched the Dune movies nor have I ever had any interest in them.... that is all about to change.
I really, REALLY don't get the hate..... I am having a great time so far and I will be buying Dune when the free weekend is over.

People are complaining about frame-rate... I am running smoothly at 84-100 fps and I'm running this on a computer that is almost 8 years old and I have never updated anything inside it. My computer is also notorious for crashing all the time and I have yet to experience any crashing or stuttering. Load times are great as well.
