The game and the physics engine are fine, but god... the multiplayer. There's always something wrong. Either there's someone with 1000 ping, someone who's speedhacking, someone who doesn't know how to turn off his mic, someone who doesn't know how to drive and someone who of course rams you on purpose. The ranking system doesn't work, or the matchmaking clearly doesn't work, as you get put against people with a "D" (low) safety rating (rammers), even though your safety rating is A (second best). it's not just the people and the matchmaking, it's also the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ servers. THEY ARE TERRIBLE. not just the ping, but the connection keeps getting lost from sessions, or you get the "migrating host" message. and you can't do ♥♥♥♥ about it, and you will no matter what, lose your ranking points... nice engine, ♥♥♥♥♥♥ multiplayer... oh, and i nearly forgot, THE ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ PENALTIES. you go 1 mm off-track = ez warning. if you get rammed into, you get the warning. you get rammed into and accidently slide off the track, then you're the one who gets a 2 sec penalty and you're front wing is also gone :) wouldn't recommend, if you're gonna play multiplayer.
