Yes I play Blue Archive on my main account, how could you tell?

I really really liked CoH2. It had flaws, but it was overall a great game.

However, when CoH3 came out, I was very skeptical, so I decided to wait. My skepticism was correct, CoH3 released as a absolutely buggy piece of ♥♥♥♥. Completely shameful that Relic thought it was ready for release.

So I waited. And waited. And waited. Now it's been 2 years after release, and the game was on 50% sale, so I figured I'd try it out.

Is it better than it was on release? Absolutely, it's far better now. The game quality is now what it *should* have been at release, 2 years ago.

However, Relic is completely incompetent at game balancing. There are so many stupid game mechanics and units, which destroy any potential fun. The game is far less balanced than CoH2, even though they've had 2 years to tweak the balance.

And the game is still buggy, I still end up losing games because of stupid bugs... machine guns not firing, incredibly stupid vehicle pathfinding, units glitching out...

Also keep in mind that the base game is $60, and you need to pay for the DLCs (which are mandatory, because they unlock powerful battlegroups). So in total you need to spend $116, which is outrageous.

It's obvious that Relic as a company is over, they are incapable of producing high quality games. All of the competent people left Relic years ago. They are a shell of their former self.

I cannot in good faith recommend this game, even if you are a Company of Heroes fan. Even on sale, it is still far too expensive for the quality that you get.

It's cute, it's fun, it's free, and it receives new content regularly. What more could you want?

It's an on-rails shooter like Star Fox for the SNES.

The gameplay is surprisingly really fun, a lot more fun than I was expecting. You feel like a complete badass when you dodge enemy missiles.

The controls are quite good, even with a mouse. The sprites are quite good, and the lolis are very cute. The music is also excellent.

If you're struggling, just unlock some upgrades in the shop, the game is balanced around you having upgrades.

It's a short game, you can complete the story mode in a couple hours. But it's also very cheap, it's only a $5 game, and it has a free demo.

The gameplay is fun enough that you want to keep playing in Endless even after you complete the story mode.

It's clearly a work of love from a small development team, and their passion really shows.

My wife's boyfriend loves playing this game while drinking Budlight and shopping at Target.

Do not give money to Larry Fink. Do not give money to people who hate you.

Incredible game by a wonderful developer. Worth every penny. Buy extra copies and give them to your friends! The factory must grow.
