Loved the first! I feel betrayed by the second. There isn't a functional game to play here.

This game, is just hard in an unfun way. The enemies can progress and get better gear and combat ability with time, whereas you do not. For example, the enemy getd a new artillery kind of unit, your team decided to invent "Shotguns" as a response, of which you still have to kill the enemy first and research what it is to decide to research shotguns, then build a few with resources that are hard to get. Just meh, the challenge is that you can't improve in such a way to combat super units.

And then their is the team limit, You can fly multiple ships but have a permanent of 8 units on the field at once, meaning that the infinitely respawning enemy on some maps can't be dealt with, because they have a full new high end squad appearing to replace those you just murdered.

I want to like it, but I want to have my team grow and succeed, not get instant killed because a worm snuck around a corner and exploded.
