quite possibly the greatest video game ever made and im not kidding!

the first year or two of the game on release was probably one of my favorite experiences in gaming, when the devs actually cared about their player base and didnt make it too focused on microtransactions and was actually fun!

ever since jeff left, where there were already preexisting problems before his departure, yet made exponentially worse through crappy decision making that fixed nothing. they only seem to care about maximizing profits and dropping all creative aspects, with a completely unfair battle pass system, ridiculous pricing and the decision to cease production on a PVE story mode, which was the only reason why they made an overwatch two (the same game) in the first place.

greed has ruined what used to be be a lovely and passionate game, to something i can never support anymore. fk blizzard.

more than just a puzzle game, although some do get ridiculously difficult, but are still well designed. still, when you realize that there that is a bit more beyond the puzzles, it's a lovely game with many little scenic glimpses that make you go "oh!" and occasional philosophical undertones. the island gives a tranquil atmosphere and the graphics are simply beautiful, even if i wanted to rip my hair out and jump off a cliff at *that* challenge. don't take my word for it, get the game on sale and whether you enjoy it or not, it's all a matter of perspective.

10/10, looking forward to jonathan blow's next game!
